Successful Manager's Leadership Program Overview
Through extensive research on thousands of managers, the key skills and behaviors contributing to the success of today's managers and leaders have been identified. This intensive, five-day program addresses managers' needs for developing their roles as leaders, and providing participants with the skills, behaviors, and tools for success. Individuals attending this program receive feedback from a 360-degree multi-rater feedback assessment (PROFILOR®). Through lectures, exercises, case studies, and peer feedback, managers develop new strategies and action plans to improve their performance and have greater impact on organizational effectiveness.
The Successful Manager's Leadership Program develops leadership excellence in four key areas:
Successful Manager's Leadership Program equips managers with the skills for leadership success. It is focused on helping managers develop leadership excellence in four key areas that PDI's research indicates are most critical for leadership effectiveness:
- Personal Leadership: Key topics include assessing a manager's development needs, practicing self-development, and defining personal values.
- Thought Leadership: Key content areas include acting strategically, supporting the organization's vision and strategies, leveraging innovation, and managing change,
- Results Leadership: Key content topics include managing execution, making sound decisions, and leading courageously.
- People Leadership: Key topics include influence, building relationships, fostering teamwork, and coaching.

Standard Program Fee
The program fee is $2,995. This fee includes instruction, 360º feedback assessment (PROFILOR) materials, Successful Manager's Handbook, 3.6 CEUs, luncheons, and refreshment breaks.
